Information AccountCue collects

AccountCue may collect account information you provide, such as your email address, product or business descriptions, saved searches, targeting preferences, and the outcomes you record. We also store information needed to provide the service, including search runs, qualified-opportunity records, source evidence, public business contact information, suppressions, and usage data.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate your account, run customer-discovery searches, rank and explain opportunities, save your work, enforce plan limits, improve search quality, prevent abuse, and operate billing and support.

Public-source business data

AccountCue searches publicly available business websites and related public web sources. A public email address or phone number is not described as privately verified unless a separate verification process supports that claim. Search results may contain errors or become outdated, so users should review source evidence before outreach.

Service providers

AccountCue uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payment processing, and other infrastructure. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly by AccountCue.

Data retention and deletion

AccountCue retains account and product data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service operation, security, billing, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. You may request account or data deletion through the support channel provided in AccountCue.

Security

AccountCue uses account authentication and database access controls intended to keep each user's workspace separated. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using prospect and contact information in compliance with applicable marketing, privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, and other laws. AccountCue does not guarantee that a particular outreach method is lawful for every recipient or jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update this policy as AccountCue changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
