AccountCue is a customer-discovery and qualified-opportunity research service. It helps users identify possible customer segments, research businesses, organize public-source evidence, locate public contact paths where available, and prepare outreach. Search results are research outputs, not guarantees of fit, response, revenue, or contact accuracy.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. You may not use AccountCue to access another user's workspace or to interfere with the service.

Qualified opportunities and plan limits

Paid plans may limit discovery rounds, qualified opportunities, saved target markets, or other features. A qualified opportunity is intended to be a distinct business with meaningful evidence supporting the match and enough information to make the record useful for review or outreach. Duplicates, rejected bad-fit records, and failed or zero-result searches are not intended to consume qualified-opportunity allowances.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly until canceled. Prices and plan limits shown at checkout apply to the subscription you select. Cancellation stops future renewals after the current paid period unless otherwise shown by the payment processor. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where AccountCue states otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use AccountCue for unlawful harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, illegal discrimination, unauthorized access, or to knowingly violate applicable privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, or marketing laws. You are responsible for reviewing whether your outreach and data use are lawful for the recipients and jurisdictions involved.

Public-source information

AccountCue may rely on third-party and public web information that can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should review the evidence and verify important information before acting on a result.

Availability and changes

AccountCue may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We may also adjust plan limits or pricing for future subscriptions. We will not intentionally misrepresent the capabilities included in an active plan.

Disclaimer

AccountCue is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific number of sales, responses, meetings, or business outcomes from using the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AccountCue changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
